Kofi Agorsor, born 1970 in Volta region of Ghana, studied
Architecture for two years before switching to Art at the Accra
Ankles College of Art, where he obtained his degree in 1989.
In addition to being a contemporary artist, Agorsor is also a
great composer and musician who plays in a Jazz group. His
music is a great source of inspiration, and his art often reflects
the anmated dynamics of the group. He uses bold and vibrant
colors, to portray the daily lives of people in a modernizing
Ghana, often in an upbeat and humorous way.
Kofi has participated in several solo and group exhibitions,
as well as auctions both locally and internationally. He also
contributes to his country as a humanitarian missionary.
