FREEDOM

Freedom is a rare exhibition of 39 paintings and sculptures by Gbenga Offo, a leading Nigerian contemporary artist. The highlight of Freedom is the presentation of Offo’s first collection of metal sculptures in bronze, wrought iron and stainless steel.

These phenomenal works are complemented by iconic paintings in his signature cubist style, as well as "splash paintings" in which the artist shows a creative release into abstract expressionism, while responding to global issues of migration, music, human rights, love and unity.

Freedom also includes finely rendered pencil sketches - showcasing an artist whose diverse ouvre shows a mastery of color and form as well as exciting new experimentation.
