Ben Ibebe is a contemporary Visual Artist who was born on the 25th of July, 1966 in Ughelli, Delta State. He went on to get a B.A in Visual Arts from the University of Port Harcourt in 1994, and then worked with the Legendary Tayo Quaye in 1995 for his National Youth Service Corps.
Ibebe’s work has always been described as vibrant because he uses bright colours and an impasto technique that gives his work a very visually appealing, tactile appearance and a tastefully unique experience.
